Field Deposit is a document-generation tool, not a law firm. Deadlines, penalties, and deduction rules shown in the app are general summaries and can change. You are responsible for confirming your state's current requirements before sending a statement to a tenant.
Your data, your responsibility
Your statements live in your browser only. If you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use private browsing, your drafts and saved statements are gone and we cannot recover them. Download the PDFs you need to keep.
The $19 unlock
The unlock is a one-time payment that enables branded PDFs, saved deduction templates, and saved statements on the browser you paid from. It is not a subscription and will not renew. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are handled case by case — contact us and we'll be reasonable.
Fair use
Use Field Deposit for your own rental properties or properties you manage. Don't resell it, scrape it, or use it to produce statements you know to be inaccurate.
No warranty
The tool is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, ActiveEngine isn't liable for losses arising from your use of it, including missed deadlines or disputed deductions.
