Privacy Policy

The short version
Everything you type into Field Deposit stays in your own browser. Deposit amounts, tenant names, property addresses, deductions, and your PDF are generated on your device. We never receive them and we never store them.
What we store on your device
We use your browser's local storage to keep your draft statement, saved deduction templates, saved statements, your landlord profile, and whether you've unlocked the paid features. Clearing your browser data removes all of it permanently — we have no copy to restore.
What we do collect
We use privacy-friendly product analytics to count anonymous usage events — pages viewed, which state was selected, how many deductions were added, and whether a PDF was downloaded. These events never include names, addresses, or dollar amounts tied to you, and we don't sell or share them with advertisers.
Payments
The $19 unlock is processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy.
